These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AADANT28 website and software (the “Service”), operated by AADANT28, 172/187, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302022, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
AADANT28 is software for restaurants and cafés to manage QR table ordering, kitchen tickets, billing, staff, customer records and online payments. We provide the technology only. We do not prepare, sell or deliver food, and we are not a party to any sale between a restaurant and its guests.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the restaurant you register.
- You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account and your staff accounts.
- Tell us immediately at support@aadant28.in if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Subscription and payment
- Access to the Service requires a paid subscription as listed on our pricing page.
- Subscription fees are paid in advance through Razorpay and are valid for the period shown on the plan.
- Plans do not renew automatically.
- We may change prices for future periods with at least 15 days' notice. Changes never affect a period you have already paid for.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Restaurant responsibilities
- You are responsible for your menu, prices, taxes (including GST), food quality, food safety licences (such as FSSAI) and service to your guests.
- You are responsible for the tax invoices you issue and for the accuracy of the GST number and tax rates you enter.
- You are responsible for handling guest complaints and refunds for food orders.
- You must use guest data (names and phone numbers) only to serve those guests and in line with applicable law.
5. Online payments from guests
- Payments by UPI go directly to the UPI ID you provide. You are responsible for confirming that each payment was received.
- Payments through your own Razorpay account are subject to your agreement with Razorpay.
- Payments through AADANT28 Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited and settled directly to your linked bank account after deduction of a 3% platform fee. Settlement timelines are set by Razorpay. Your use of this option is also subject to Razorpay's terms and verification (KYC).
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:
- attempting to access other restaurants' data or bypass security;
- placing fake or automated orders, or overloading the Service;
- using the Service for any unlawful business or content.
7. Your data
Your menu, orders, bills and customer records belong to you. We process them only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability
We work to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance and will try to schedule it outside peak restaurant hours.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost orders. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or do not pay subscription fees, after notice where reasonably possible.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
