How QR ordering works
- Print a QR code for each table from your dashboard.
- The guest scans it — your menu opens with photos, prices and Chef's specials.
- They pick dishes, choose spice level, add notes and place the order.
- The order rings at the counter and shows on the kitchen screen with the table number.
- At the end, settle the table with one GST bill.
Why restaurants switch to a QR menu
- Fewer waiters needed to take orders, and no mistakes in writing orders
- Guests order more rounds without waiting for staff
- Menu in English and हिंदी
- "Goes well with" suggestions and combos raise the average bill
- Guests can call a waiter, ask for water or the bill from the table
- Collect more Google reviews and Instagram followers after the meal
Payments your way
Let guests pay by UPI straight to your account, through your own Razorpay account, or through AADANT28 Payments — or keep pay-at-counter. Prepaid orders reach the kitchen only after the money does.
More than a menu
The QR menu is part of complete restaurant billing and POS software with KOT, GST billing, offers, loyalty, inventory and reports. Running a hotel? See hotel management software with room QR service.

Frequently asked questions
How does a QR code menu work?
Each table gets its own QR code. The guest scans it with the phone camera, your menu opens in the browser, and the order they place goes straight to your counter and kitchen with the table number.
Do guests need to install an app to order?
No. The menu opens in any phone browser. Guests can order, call a waiter, ask for water or the bill, and pay — all without installing anything.
Can guests pay online from the QR menu?
Yes, if you turn it on. Guests can pay by UPI straight to your account, through your own Razorpay account, or through AADANT28 Payments. You can also keep pay-at-counter.
Can I change prices or hide a dish without reprinting QR codes?
Yes. The QR code stays the same. Change prices, mark a dish out of stock or add new dishes from your dashboard and guests see it at once.
